Context:
A mid-sized logistics company was facing delays and inefficiencies across its warehouse operations. Excessive wait times, inconsistent processes, and lack of ownership were driving customer dissatisfaction and inflating operational costs.

Objective:
Reduce process waste, accelerate service delivery, and boost operational reliability through structured Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

My Actions:

  • Conducted full workflow diagnostics using SIPOC, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis

  • Defined an actionable improvement roadmap using DMAIC methodology

  • Led redesign of warehouse processes (Kanban boards, team roles, prioritization flow)

  • Delivered targeted training to staff on Lean thinking and continuous improvement
